1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on AsianWomenLove ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AsianWomenLove, operated under the domain www.traumadoesntend.ca. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use AsianWomenLove, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are not prohibited from using dating services under any applicable law or court order.
• All information you provide during registration and profile creation is truthful, accurate, and current.
• You will maintain only one active account on the Platform at any given time.
• You are not a convicted sex offender or subject to any restraining order related to harassment, stalking, or domestic violence.
• You agree to use the Platform solely for the purpose of seeking genuine personal relationships.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to deny or revoke access if any eligibility requirement is not met.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Behavior

AsianWomenLove is committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for all members. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Harassment or Abuse: Sending threatening, abusive, sexually explicit (unsolicited), or hateful messages to other users, or engaging in any form of bullying or intimidation.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Creating fake profiles, impersonating another person, using misleading photographs, or providing false information about your identity, age, marital status, or intentions.
• Financial Solicitation: Requesting money, gifts, financial assistance, or cryptocurrency from other users, or promoting any financial scheme or investment opportunity.
• Illegal Activity: Using the Platform to facilitate any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws, including but not limited to human trafficking, prostitution, or drug-related offenses.
• Spam and Commercial Use: Sending unsolicited commercial messages, advertising products or services, or using the Platform for any commercial purpose not explicitly authorized by us.
• Data Harvesting: Collecting, scraping, or storing personal information of other users without their explicit consent, or using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform.
• Circumventing Safety Measures: Attempting to bypass our verification processes, security features, or content moderation systems.
• Sharing Harmful Content: Posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

AsianWomenLove reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• First Violation (Minor): A written warning will be issued via email. Your account may be temporarily restricted for 24–72 hours pending review.
• Second Violation or Serious First Offense: Immediate suspension of account access for a minimum of 30 days. Access to purchased credits may be frozen during the suspension period.
• Severe Violations: Permanent account termination without prior notice for offenses including fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or any conduct that endangers the safety of other users.

If your account is terminated for a policy violation, you forfeit any remaining credits or paid features. You may appeal a suspension by contacting our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of the action. All appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.

You may voluntarily deactivate or delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the AsianWomenLove Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software, and the underlying code—are the exclusive property of AsianWomenLove or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User-Generated Content: By uploading photos, text, or any other content to your profile, you grant AsianWomenLove a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your original content and may remove it at any time by deleting it from your profile.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AsianWomenLove does not warrant that:

• The Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any specific results, matches, or relationships will arise from use of the Platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by other users.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ASIANWOMENLOVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. You acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We recommend reviewing our Safety Tips before engaging with anyone on the Platform.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and any award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
